Privacy Policy · Terms of Use

Kalta is a personal money ledger. It works with no account. Here is how to reach us, and how to do the things people ask about most.

Contact

Write to hello@luxxatlabs.dev. Say which phone and which version of Kalta you use, and what you did before the problem showed.

Delete your account and data

In Kalta, open Settings → Your data → Sync & account. When you are signed in, tap Delete account and data. Kalta lists what will happen, and asks you to confirm. It cannot be undone. For your security, Kalta may ask you to sign in again first.

This removes your synced ledger, settings, devices and daily snapshots from our servers, your purchase records, your votes on the Suggestions board, and your login. Every shared wallet where you are the last member is deleted. In a shared wallet that has other members, your transactions stay for them, and the member who joined first as an editor becomes the owner. Your Suggestions board posts stay and show the name “Deleted user”. The ledger on your phone stays and keeps working.

If you never signed in, there is no Delete button, because there is no login to delete. Sign in first with Apple or Google, so that your anonymous id is linked to your login, then delete the account.

Deleting your Kalta account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play. The full list of what is removed, and what stays and for how long, is in the Privacy Policy.

Restore a purchase

On the same phone: open Settings and find the Your plan section. Tap Restore purchase. Kalta reads your App Store or Google Play account. You do not need to sign in. It tells you if it found a purchase.

On a new phone, or after you reinstall Kalta: sign in first with the same Apple or Google login you used when you bought. Then tap Restore purchase. If you bought without a login, link one on your old phone before you switch phones.

Manage or cancel a subscription

Open your subscriptions in the store. In the App Store: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. In Google Play: the Play Store app, then your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Cancelling there stops the next renewal.

How sync and sharing work

Your ledger is kept on your phone. It is also saved to our servers in the EU, under an anonymous id, from the first time you open Kalta. Signing in with Apple or Google links that id, so that another device can use the same ledger. One device is free. More than one is part of Sync + Plan.

To share a wallet, the owner sends an invite link or code from the account’s members page. The other person signs in and joins. The owner can reset the code at any time, and that stops the old one.

Your data

Settings → Your data → Backup & export gives you a free export of your ledger. Settings → Your data has the “Share anonymous usage stats” switch. It is off until you choose Yes.
